I think it was harder on the hubby. Me? After two days, I signed up for waltz classes (no kidding) and made lunch plans with friends for my "practice empty nesters" experience. The young adults survived the airplane rides, going from family member to family member/friend, survived the wildfire in Big Bear, had a blast, and finally made it home in one piece.
